PRE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Pre-construction process that culminates with the Executive Project; that is, it is the phase in which all the necessary steps prior to starting to build are created, designed, collected, managed, priced, and administered.
We work within the parameters of the program, budget, and scope, to ensure an assertive and efficient scope of the project.

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Phase that consists of the assembly and construction of an Executive Project (ALL BLUE PRINTS), since it requires having one to have an effective planning.
The selection of materials, suppliers, architects and labor are key to maintaining the work on time, budget and quality; Sticking to the plan approved by the client.
The efficient exchange of information and reports make our clients feel as if they were present at the construction site.

I would like to tell everyone about the fantastic experience that we had with our parota table top that we purchased from Erik. He made the while process very easy. He is so well informed about his work. He also is such a very honest and kind man, and communicates 110%. You can not find better.
